A non-refundable retainer of $50–$100 is required to reserve your session date and time.
The remaining balance is due on the day of the session. No-shows will forfeit all payments made.
For the comfort and safety of everyone involved, only individuals included in the booked session may attend. Late arrivals will reduce session time and will not qualify for refunds or additional time.
Client cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the retainer fee. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability. In the event of severe weather or photographer cancellation, sessions will be rescheduled or fully refunded.
Professionally edited images will be delivered within 14 days of your session. Raw, unedited images are not provided.
Travel is included within 25 miles of the photographer’s base location. Additional travel fees apply as follows:
- 25–50 miles: $25
- 50–75 miles: $50
- 75+ miles: Custom travel quote required
Booking & Payment
To reserve a session with Priceless Moments Photography, a non-refundable retainer fee is required at the time of booking. We currently accept cash, Venmo, and Cash App for payments.
